Bikaner Technical University (BTU) is a state-level technical university located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Established in 2017, the university is situated in the Karni Industrial Area of Bikaner, approximately 400 kilometres from New Delhi. BTU has a significant regional presence, with jurisdiction over technical institutes across multiple divisions in Rajasthan, including Bikaner, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Alwar, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu.

The university currently affiliates 69 engineering and management colleges, which were previously associated with Rajasthan Technical University. Its affiliated institutions include notable colleges such as B.K.
