Bharatiya Engineering Science and Technology Innovation University (BESTIU) is a private university located in Gownivaripaill, Gorantla, Andhra Pradesh, India. Established in 2019 under the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, the university was founded by former IAS officer Bharat Lal Meena, who serves as the Founder and Chairman.

BESTIU is recognized by the University Grants Commission under Section 2(f), with the right to confer degrees as per Section 22(1) of the UGC Act, 1956. The university has an active academic leadership, with Dr. S S Biligi serving as Vice Chancellor until 14 June 2024, followed by P. Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya from 15 June 2024 to September 2024. Dr. Nagajyothi Koripella serves as the Pro Vice Chancellor of Research Programs in the RIC Department.

The university has demonstrated its academic progress through recent milestones, including the successful completion of its 2nd Convocation Ceremony, where a number of students graduated. BESTIU also maintains an IEOM Student Chapter, highlighting its commitment to providing students with opportunities for professional and academic engagement beyond traditional classroom learning.
