Wainganga College of Engineering and Management (WCEM) is a private educational institution located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The college was established by Wainganga Bahu-Uddeshiya Vikas Sanstha (WBVS) in 2008, founded by Dr. Brahmanand B. Karanjekar and Dr. Vrunda B. Karanjekar, with a vision to create a comprehensive educational ecosystem.

As an autonomous institute affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU), WCEM offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs across engineering and management disciplines. The college distinguishes itself through an employment-oriented, industry-linked curriculum and state-of-the-art infrastructure. A notable feature is the MSINS-sponsored incubator center that fosters innovation and supports startup development, reflecting the institution's commitment to entrepreneurship.

WCEM has demonstrated significant achievements in academic and research domains. In the 2022-23 academic year, the college filed an impressive 6 patent applications, showcasing its research capabilities. The institution has also established strong industry connections, with over 400 recruiters hiring WCEM students. To date, more than 5,000 students have been placed, with some receiving packages exceeding 200 in number.
