Vickram College of Engineering (VICKRAMCE) is a premier professional college located in Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 2001, the college is affiliated with Anna University Chennai and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). VICKRAMCE is an ISO 9001 certified organization that offers a holistic education with a focus on both professional and personal development.

The college is situated on a spacious 80-acre campus along the Madurai Sivagangai Road, approximately 19 kilometers from Madurai city and 22 kilometers from Sivagangai city. The campus is designed to international standards and is an ideal environment for studies, being free from pollution. VICKRAMCE started with three branches of study in 2001 - Computer Science, Electronics Communication, and Information Technology. In the following years, the college expanded its offerings to include Electrical Electronics (2002), Civil, and Mechanical Engineering (2004).

Currently, VICKRAMCE has around 1,450 students from across the country pursuing engineering degrees in these departments. The college is managed by the Srinivas Trust, a non-profit organization that also runs Vickram Polytechnic College, Vickram School of Teacher Training, and Vickram College of Teacher Education. VICKRAMCE's focus on providing a holistic education and its commitment to serving the community through its various educational institutions make it a prominent institution in the region.

Central Library is functioning with a floor area of 5000 sq ft. There are more than 9000 titles and around 21,000 thousand volumes, and 300 periodicals of International journals and magazines. Institute is a member of IEEE, ASME, McGraw-Hill, Wiley, ASTM. As a member of DELNET, it provides access to thousands of international e-journals, e-magazines, e-books, patents, CD-ROMS, articles Databases, Union catalog of books, Union list of journals and video recordings etc. Books from other libraries in India or abroad have been procured through DELNET by Inter-Library Loan method.
