St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology (STM) is an undergraduate engineering institution located in Mattannur, Kerala. Established in 2014 by St. Thomas Educational Society, Adoor, the college is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education.

The college offers B.Tech degree programs in four primary engineering disciplines: Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Students can also pursue a specialized track in Computer Science & Engineering with Data Science. The B.Tech programs are structured across four academic years, comprising eight semesters, with university examinations conducted at the end of each semester.

Located in the interior of Malabar, STM was founded to address the engineering education needs of the northeastern part of the region. While primarily serving local students, the college welcomes distinguished students from across Kerala. The institution is part of the IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre) program and is recognized for its contributions to innovative start-up activities. Admissions to the college are based on the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted annually by the Government of Kerala.

Beyond engineering programs, the college also maintains a Non-Engineering Department of Applied Science & Humanities, reflecting its commitment to providing a comprehensive educational experience.
