Sitamarhi Institute of Technology (SIT) is a government engineering college located in Gosaipur, Paroha, Sitamarhi district of Bihar. Established in 2016, the institute is fully funded by the Government of Bihar and administered by the Department of Science and Technology, Patna.

The college is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, and has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. SIT offers 4-year B.Tech programs in four key engineering disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering. Student admissions to these programs are conducted through the BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination).

SIT provides regular, full-time undergraduate engineering education across its four departments.
