Surendra Institute of Engineering & Management (SIEM) is a private educational institution located in Siliguri, West Bengal. Established in August 2009 under the Bidya Bharti Foundation, the college has grown to become a significant engineering education center in North Bengal, with a student population of approximately 1,500.

SIEM offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs in five key engineering disciplines: Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The institute holds official recognition from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT).

The college campus is situated on Hill Cart Road in Siliguri, with an academic building spanning around 100,000 square feet. The institutional facilities include spacious lecture halls, seminar halls, laboratories, workshops, and a library, all equipped with modern amenities. SIEM is dedicated to providing quality technical education in North Bengal, focusing on academic and professional development for its students through a dynamic and qualified teaching workforce.

Named in memory of Mr. Surendra Agarwal, the institute was notably inaugurated by Mr. Ashok Bhattacharya, then Minister for MAUD, Government of West Bengal, and Mr. Sourav Ganguly, the former Captain of the Indian Cricket Team, marking a significant moment in its founding history.
