Shri Phanishwar Nath Renu Engineering College (SPNREC) is a government engineering institution located in Simraha, a village in the Araria district of Bihar. Established in 2019 by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of Bihar, the college aims to develop an effective technical education system in the state.

The college is affiliated with Bihar Engineering University, Patna, and offers Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree programs in four engineering disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Each discipline has an intake capacity of 60 students. Admissions are conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) - Main, administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA), followed by counseling through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) board.

SPNREC spans an 11-acre campus located alongside NH57 in Simraha village.
