Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGSIE&T) is a government engineering institute located in Nanded, Maharashtra. Established in 1981, the institute was approved by AICTE and registered under the Society's Act of 1960, with full funding from the Government of Maharashtra. The institute was named after the 10th Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh, with land donated by the Sant Baba Harnam Singh Langer Sahib Gurudwara trust.

SGGSIE&T offers a comprehensive range of technical education, providing training in ten undergraduate and ten postgraduate programs across various fields of engineering and technology. The institute also supports research and technology transfer, including PhD programs affiliated with Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University. Notably, the institute has been accredited by NAAC with a B++ grade and a 2.91 CGPA, with three programs accredited by NBA in Electronics and Telecommunication, Instrumentation, and Production Engineering.

Spanning a 46-acre campus, SGGSIE&T is committed to providing state-of-the-art facilities, including a Center of Excellence, industry-supported laboratories, a Robotic Center, and an IDEA Laboratory. The institute has achieved recognition in national rankings, including NIRF rank 89 in 2016 and ARIIA 4th place in 2020. Students have also demonstrated excellence, winning first prize in 2020 and runner-up in 2019 in the SAE BAJA competition. The institute operates with autonomy in academic, financial, and administrative matters, currently under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Manesh B. Kokare as director.
