Sembodai Rukmani Varatharajan Engineering College is a private institution located in Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 1997 and is affiliated with Anna University Chennai.

The college was founded by Philanthropist Rtn. Dr. R. Varatharajan, M.com, M.Ed.,D.Lit., as part of the SRV Group of Institutions. The Rukmani Ammal Educational Trust, established in 1994, oversees the college's operations with the goal of providing quality education to the underprivileged and socially or economically disadvantaged communities.
