Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC) is a private vocational education and training institute established in 2008 as a corporate social responsibility initiative of the Rustomjee Group, a Mumbai-based real estate developer. Since its inception, the academy has trained over 100,000 students across four campuses located in Dahanu, Thane, Bengaluru, and Rishikesh.

The institute offers a diverse range of academic programs through four key departments: Automobile Engineering, Civil and Construction Engineering, Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering, and Management & Entrepreneurship. Students can pursue certificate, diploma, and degree programs across various disciplines. Each campus specializes in different vocational training areas, such as the Dahanu campus offering programs in automobile, electronics, business, construction, and hospitality management, while the Thane campus focuses on automobile, electrical, construction, and business programs.

RAGC has established strong academic partnerships, being affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education Examination, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, University of Wolverhampton, and Pearson. The academy has also collaborated with the National Skill Development Corporation and other industry partners like Prestige Group to enhance its training capabilities. Its commitment to vocational education was recognized early on, winning the Best Vocational Training Provider award at the UK-India Skills Forum Awards in 2010.

The leadership of the academy is headed by Boman Rustom Irani and Percy Chowdhry from the Rustomjee Group, who have guided the institution's growth and strategic development since its establishment.
