Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Rajkiya Engineering College (RECP) is a state-funded government engineering institution located in Kisundaspur, Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The college is an associated college of AKTU Lucknow and was officially approved for commencement in the academic session 2023-24 through an Office Memorandum dated August 2, 2023, by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The college is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment that empowers students with knowledge, skills, and innovation. As part of a broader initiative to expand quality technical education in Uttar Pradesh, RECP was established alongside engineering colleges in districts like Basti, Gonda, and Mirzapur. The institution currently offers four undergraduate programs and has a strong focus on student development through various activities and events.

RECP actively engages students in multiple extracurricular and professional development initiatives. The college hosts events such as Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations, National Youth Day programs, and professional competitions like the Internal Smart India Hackathon. Students have also demonstrated notable achievements, such as securing the first position in the Hunter Boys Team at an A.I. Hackathon organized by AKTU. The college maintains an innovative approach, with its current theme exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming the world, under the guidance of its director, Prof. Y N Singh, who is an AI expert.
