Rajkiya Engineering College Bijnor is a government engineering institution located in Chandpur, Uttar Pradesh. Formerly known as Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Engineering College of Information Technology, the college was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh's Department of Technical Education under the Special Component Plan (SCP).

The college's primary mission is to promote technical education among socially and economically disadvantaged sections of society. In the academic year 2010-2011, the college initiated its first admission cycle with three core engineering branches: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Information Technology. Each branch initially had an intake capacity of 60 students.
