Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Rajkiya Engineering College (REC Basti) is a recently established government engineering institution located in Mahudar, Gandhi Nagar, Basti, Uttar Pradesh. Founded in 2023 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the college is currently operating from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow campus.

The college offers B. Tech programs in four distinct engineering disciplines: Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Civil Engineering (CE), and Electronics Engineering (EC). Each branch has an intake of 60 seats for the 2023-24 academic session. As an associated college of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, REC Basti provides students with a structured and recognized engineering education.

Leading the institution is Prof. Kuldeep Sahay, who has joined as the founder director.
