Rajkiya Engineering College (REC Kannauj) is a prominent government engineering institute located in Tirwaganj, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 2015 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the college offers four primary engineering branches: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering. Each branch has an annual intake of 60 students, providing opportunities for aspiring engineers in the region.

The college is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University). In July 2017, REC Kannauj transitioned to its own fully residential campus situated in Tirwa, Kannauj. The campus is comprehensive, featuring an academic building, workshop, five hostels (for both boys and girls), a student activity centre, college canteen, grocery store, and various recreational facilities.

REC Kannauj prides itself on being one of the best government engineering institutes in Uttar Pradesh. The college offers a holistic educational environment with a focus on academic excellence, practical learning, and overall student development. Its infrastructure and academic programs are designed to provide students with quality technical education and prepare them for successful careers in engineering.
