P. E. S. College of Engineering (PESCE) is a government engineering institution located in Mandya, Karnataka. Founded in 1962 by People's Education Society under the leadership of Late Sri K. V. Shankara Gowda, the college has established itself as a prominent technical education center in the region.

The college is permanently affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and achieved autonomous status in 2008-09. It is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an A Grade. The institution operates under the Grant-in-Aid code of the Government of Karnataka and has benefited from TEQIP grants.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, established in 1983, is a key highlight of the college. It offers a comprehensive B.E. program with an annual intake of 240 students and follows an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) model under a Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). The department also provides a Ph.D. program in Computer Science and Engineering, which was introduced in 2004. Notably, the college became an Institutional Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) in 1986, with its ISTE-PESCE Chapter established in 1989.

PESCE is committed to delivering quality technical education, with a strong emphasis on both theoretical foundations and practical skills. The college aims to create professionally competent and socially responsible engineers capable of working in a global environment, supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members.
