N.C. College of Engineering Technical Campus, located in Israna, Haryana, is a private technical institution established in 1998. Founded in memory of Late Lala Nemi Chand Ji, a freedom fighter and social reformist, the college is part of a self-financing group of educational institutions dedicated to technical and management education.

The campus offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, including B.Tech. degrees in seven disciplines: Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Each engineering program has specific seat allocations, with Computer Science, Electronics Communication, and Mechanical Engineering offering 120 seats each, while Civil and Electrical Engineering provide 60 seats. Beyond undergraduate programs, the institution also provides M.Tech. programs in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, with 18 seats per discipline.

NCCE Technical Campus is affiliated with Kurukshetra University and operates on a semester examination system. The college offers full-time courses with lateral entry availability. Its academic portfolio extends beyond engineering, including programs such as BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, and doctoral programs across four disciplines. The institution's vision focuses on imparting high-quality education in engineering and management, with a goal of preparing students to address national and global challenges through innovative solutions.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls students. Gymnasium and indoor games like, badminton, carom, table tennis, snookers etc. and a separate TV room with cable connection are provided to the students residing in hostel.

NCCE Technical Campus central library has a collection of 55000 volumes of books, 3000 CD's, 1052 back volumes of  periodicals and 228 titles for reference. The library also has a subscription of 78 National and International research journals, 9 dailies and several magazines and newsletter and provides access to 244 title of current e-journals of DELNET, Springer, ASME and ASCE.

N.C. Group of Institution provides shuttle service from all major cities and suburbs like Delhi, Panipat, Karnal, Rohtak, Safidon, Jind, Sonepat, Gannaur, Samalkha, Gharaunda, Gohana. The group has more than 30 buses in its Transportation fleet. These services operate with almost zero profit.
