Nalanda College of Engineering (NCE) is a government engineering institution located in Chandi town, near Nalanda city in Bihar, India. Situated on a historic 51.64-acre campus, the college is located 17.3 km from Bihar Sharif and 42 km from Patna, the state capital.

Established on 19 November 2008 by Bihar's chief minister Nitish Kumar, NCE is managed by the Department of Science and Technology, Bihar. The college is affiliated with Bihar Engineering University and has been constructed in multiple phases, with initial infrastructure development costing around Rs 40 crores in the first phase and plans for additional buildings estimated at Rs 180 crores.

NCE offers undergraduate courses in engineering and technology, with programs recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Student admissions are conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination – Main, administered by the National Testing Agency. The college provides a range of academic programs and is strategically located in a region with deep historical significance, being situated near the lands where Lord Buddha experienced enlightenment and the ancient Nalanda University once stood.
