M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering is a private engineering institution located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Established as the Mohammed Haji Saboo Siddik Institute, the college was founded through a significant financial bequest from Mohammed, son of Haji Saboo Siddik, with the aim of providing vocational, technical, and industrial training and education.

The college is managed and administered by Anjuman-i-Islam, a trustee appointed by the Bombay High Court. It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and has received 'A' Grade accreditation from AICTE.
