MGM College of Engineering and Pharmaceutical Sciences is a private institution located in Valanchery, Kerala. The college was established in 2012 at Athipatta, Edayoor Panchayath near Valanchery town in Tirur Taluk, Malappuram District. It is managed by the World Wide Knowledge Foundation and later handed over to the MGM Group of institutions, which was founded by Dr. Geevarghese Yohannan.

The college is affiliated with A P J Abdul Kalam Technological University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs across multiple disciplines. The B.Tech programs include Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, and Civil Engineering, each with a duration of 4 years (8 semesters).
