Mahakavi Bharathiyar College of Engineering and Technology (MBCEAT) was established in 2008 under the Tamil Thai Charitable Trust, which has extensive experience in education and industry. The college is affiliated with Anna University Chennai and is located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

MBCEAT's mission is to become a center of excellence in technical education, providing students with the best opportunities and environment for higher education and research in engineering. MBCEAT also has strong industry connections, offering internship and placement opportunities with major technology companies in South India.
