Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology (LIET) is a private engineering college located in Hyderabad, Telangana. Recognized as a self-financing Muslim Minority Autonomous Engineering College, LIET is situated near Appa Junction, Himayath Sagar, in the Ranga Reddy district.

The college has received multiple prestigious accreditations, including recognition from the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and affiliation with Osmania University. It has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A' Grade. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has conferred autonomous status on LIET from 2021 to 2032.

LIET offers comprehensive academic programs, admitting 1,140 undergraduate students through the TS-EAMCET exam, 126 postgraduate students through GATE and PGECET, and 240 MBA students through ICET. The 10-acre campus features a 3-lakh square foot built-up area with extensive facilities, including a central library spanning 12,378 square feet with over 9,917 book titles, 38,472 volumes, and extensive digital resources. The college also hosts the Telangana Chapter of the International Network for Outcome Based Education (IN4OBE), which is the first of its kind in India.

The institution has garnered notable recognition, being ranked 15th among the best engineering colleges in Hyderabad by THE WEEK magazine and receiving an award from the US India SME Council in 2023. LIET is particularly proud of its students' achievements, with recent accomplishments including top university ranks in various engineering disciplines and successful accreditations for multiple academic departments.

The food in canteen is certified by a Food Safety Inspector and caters to the needs of our students. A seating capacity of 500 students at a time is available in the Canteen.

Library has a collection of 3,7259 volumes, 9,589 titles, 5342 e-books, 8000 e-Journals on Social Sciences & Humanities, 17900 e-Journals on Science and Technology, 144 print journals and 1,168 CD's.
It can accommodate 272 students at a time and follows the open access system. In addition to the central library, there are departmental libraries as well. E-Resources of library include DELNET (Database), J-Gate(E-Journal), EBSCO(E-Books).
