Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT) is a private engineering college located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Established in 1984 under the auspices of the Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, a charitable educational trust of the Sakthi Group, KCT is an autonomous institution affiliated with Anna University, Chennai and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

KCT offers a wide range of top-ranked engineering, technology, and management programs, including 14 undergraduate (B.E. and B.Tech.) and 15 postgraduate (M.E., M.Tech., MCA, and MBA) programs. All academic departments at KCT have been recognized as research centers, allowing students to pursue Ph.D. degrees awarded by Anna University. The college has a sprawling 156-acre campus situated in the IT corridor of Coimbatore and is equipped with spacious classrooms, seminar halls, well-equipped laboratories, excellent sporting amenities, and high-speed internet connectivity.

There are three other smaller cafes and refreshment outlets inside the campus. The spacious, airy & trendy cafeteria offers ample scope for students to break free from their arduous schedules and enjoy appetizing food in an extremely casual yet pleasant ambiance.

The gents’ hostel comprises of four blocks with a capacity to accommodate 1335 students. The Ladies hostel has a capacity to accommodate 987 students. All men and women residents of the hostel are provided rooms on a triple sharing basis. All common areas like dining, washrooms, lobby, terrace, etc. are provided separately for men and women’s hostels.
