Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS) is a private autonomous institution located in Ramtek, Maharashtra. Established in 1985 by the Vodithala Education Society of Hyderabad, the institute has built a strong reputation for technical education in rural Maharashtra. The college was founded with the support of notable figures, including former Prime Minister Late Sri P. V. Narsimha Rao, who laid the foundation stone on 19/09/1985.

KITS offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate engineering disciplines, B.Arch., and Ph.D. programs. The institute provides education in multiple engineering fields such as Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Computer Technology, and Architecture.
