Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology is a private institution located in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. Established in 1998, the college is affiliated with Anna University Chennai. The college campus spans 45.00 acres and is situated in the homeland of Karmaveerar 'Bharat Ratna' K. Kamaraj, making it a recognizable landmark in Virudhunagar.

The college was promoted and supported by the Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars' Devasthanam, various Hindu Nadars' Mahamai Tharappus in Virudhunagar and other places, as well as educational institutions of Virudhunagar. The management of the institution consists of elected members of various Mahamai Tharappus and ex-officio members of Virudhunagar's educational institutions. The college's patron, Thiru.A.S.K.A.M. Nagarajan, donated 50 Lakhs, and the founder secretary, Er.S.P.G.C. Srimurugan, donated 25 acres of land for the progress of the college.
