JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula is a government-run engineering institution located in Pulivendula, Andhra Pradesh. The college was established in 2006, with its foundation laid on 25th December 2005 by Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

The campus spans 165 acres and features comprehensive infrastructure including six academic blocks, one administrative building, a central library, four hostel blocks, two dining areas, staff quarters, and a guest house. When the college first began operations, it started with five academic branches: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (MEC), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Biotechnology. In 2011, Civil Engineering was added to the academic offerings.

Initially, each academic branch enrolled approximately 300 students per year. The college's central library is well-equipped, housing 70,000 volumes and 25,000 titles. As a constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA), the institution focuses on providing accessible and affordable technical education to rural students. The campus includes a statue of Jawaharlal Nehru and is dedicated to creating fundamental understanding in science and technology through teaching, research, and experimentation.
