Hemnalini Memorial College of Engineering (HMCE) is a private engineering institution located in Kalyani, West Bengal. Founded in 2014 by academician Malobika Bhattacharya, the college was established in loving memory of his mother, Hemnalini.

    The college offers five engineering programs, with a distinctive focus on environmental engineering. Its unique course offerings include Civil and Environmental Engineering, which was the first of its kind in West Bengal, along with programs in Civil Engineering (CE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Computer Science & Engineering (CS&E), and Food Technology (FT). HMCE emphasizes an integrated approach to environmental engineering, believing that environmental considerations should be embedded across all scientific and engineering disciplines.

    Situated in Balindi, Harighata, near the BSF Camp in Jaguli Kalyani More, the college is positioned within the broader context of India's national innovation goals. The institution aligns itself with the government's declaration of the current decade as the 'Decade of Innovation', focusing on creating an educational environment that nurtures students' passion, curiosity, and dreams.
