Guru Tegh Bahadur 4th Centenary Engineering College (GTB4CEC) is a prominent engineering institution located in New Delhi, with a rich 30-year history of technical education. Originally established in 1994 as Guru Tegh Bahadur Polytechnic Institute (GTBPI), the college was founded by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) to provide high-quality technical education and trained manpower for Indian industries.

Initially situated in Vasant Vihar, the institution shifted to G-8 area, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi in 2018. A significant milestone was reached in 2022 when the college upgraded to a degree-level engineering institution, now offering B.Tech programs. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Its name commemorates the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, the ninth Guru of Sikhs.

The college has been recognized for its academic excellence, receiving the Golden Peacock National Award in the 2004-2005 academic year. Located in the heart of New Delhi, GTB4CEC boasts a centrally located campus with two four-story buildings and a basement.
