Government Engineering College, Bhuj (GECB) is a government engineering institution located in Bhuj, Gujarat. Established in September 1994, the college has a rich history of providing technical education in the Kachchh district. Initially founded with two engineering branches, the college has since expanded its academic offerings and overcome significant challenges, including reconstruction after the 2001 Gujarat earthquake.

The college currently offers seven undergraduate degree programs across various engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Electronics and Communication, Mining, and Environmental Engineering. Additionally, GECB provides two postgraduate programs in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Automotive and Power Systems Engineering. The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Gujarat Technological University in Ahmedabad.

Administered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, the college follows a centralized admission process through ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) according to Government of Gujarat norms. The campus includes four hostels (three for boys and one for girls), supporting students from various backgrounds.
