Gopalan College of Engineering and Management (GCEM) is a private educational institution located in Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka. Established in 2010 by the Gopalan Foundation, the college is part of the renowned Gopalan Group, which was originally founded in 1984 by Mr. C. Gopalan.

GCEM is an AICTE-approved college affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and accredited by NAAC. The institution is recognized by the Government of Karnataka and holds an ISO 9001:2015 certification. Initially starting with four undergraduate programs and an annual intake of 240 students, the college has since expanded to offer five undergraduate disciplines with an annual intake of 300 students.

The college is situated on a 7.17-acre campus in Hoodi, Bangalore, and provides a state-of-the-art infrastructure. GCEM offers modern facilities including updated software and technology, workshops, seminar halls, auditoriums, sports amenities, and well-stocked libraries. The institution focuses on creating an environment that encourages holistic development, with a curriculum designed to provide technical expertise and domain excellence.

Separate hostels for boys and girls which can accommodate 500 students. Hostel rooms are well furnished and have attached bathroom. 24 hrs security and house-keeping facility is available in the hostels. All the necessary amenities, furniture and accessories are provided in each room including  24-hours hot water and electricity facility.

The library has a collection of over 10,000 volumes of reference and textbooks with 2,200 distinct titles along with DELNET membership. The library provides various services which include access to library collection, lending of books, reference services. digital library, Online Public Access Catalogue and reprographic facility.
