Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (GVPCE) is a private engineering institution located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 1996, the college is managed by the Gayatri Vidya Parishad (GVP) educational trust, which was formed by academics and technocrats in the region.

The college offers comprehensive undergraduate engineering programs across seven branches: chemical, civil, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and information technology. Additionally, GVPCE provides a Master of Computer Applications program affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. All undergraduate programs were accredited by NBA in 2006, and the institution is recognized as one of the top 10 colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Located in the Madhurawada area on the outskirts of Visakhapatnam, the campus is easily accessible via NH16 and is close to the city's railway station and airport. The campus offers numerous facilities including a well-equipped library named 'Prof. B. Sarvesvara Rao Library', which houses over 9,200 titles, 34,000 volumes, and provides access to numerous national and international journals. The college also features a health care center with a resident doctor, emergency ambulance services, and on-campus amenities such as a post office, student service center, stationery shop, canteen, and banking facilities.

GVPCE has demonstrated significant achievements, including receiving the 'Best Engineering College Award-2023' from ISTE AP Section and supporting innovative research projects. The institution has also seen success in student competitions, with notable achievements like winning the first prize with a cash award in the Smart India Hackathon 2023 and receiving grants for various research and innovation initiatives.

The College has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls well equipped with all amenities. All the hostels have their own cooking and dining rooms supervised by different in-charges and only serves Vegetarian cuisine

The library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of CD / DVD -ROMs, Video Cassettes. Online Databases, Micro Documents, Video Cassettes, Books, Journals Thesis, Project Reports, Back Volume of Journals, Video Lessons from NPTEL. The library has been using an integrated library management software package with all modules for automated library operation and Bar code system.A well equipped Digital Library is one of the most important sections of the Library. The library being a member of AICTE-INDEST consortium under the aegis of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development provides online access to IEL/IEEE, ASME, ACSE, Science Direct and DOAJ Journals through DELNET. The Digital Library consists of Video Lessons of NPTEL from IIT’s, E-Journals and E-Databases.The Library has 9,200 titles, 34,000 volumes, 130 national journals, 70 international journals and a digital library in which students can access 240 IEEE journals and 600 other journals through the Springer Science+Business Media Engineering Data Unit.

There are Fourteen buses which are available to transport students from different locations of the city to the college.There is a separate mini bus & one bus that brings the Associate Professors & Professors to the college.
