Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (CRCE), popularly known as Fr. Agnel Bandra, is a private engineering college located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Founded in 1984, the college began with a single course in production engineering and an initial intake of 60 students. Over the years, it expanded its academic offerings to include electronics engineering in 1987, computer engineering in 1991, and information technology in 2001.

The college is named after the late Rev. Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues and was established by Agnel Charities, which aimed to contribute to nation-building through technical education. CRCE is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and has been awarded an 'A' grade by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra.

CRCE offers a vibrant campus life with two annual festivals: 'CResCEndo', a technical festival that attracts participants from various engineering colleges in Mumbai, and 'Euphoria', an intra-college cultural event. The college also hosts the Annual National-level Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Memorial Debate. Known for its dedicated academic approach, strong infrastructure, and research facilities, CRCE has produced notable alumni including actress Suchitra Pillai, radio jockey Mihir Joshi, and actor Chetan Shashital.

Located at Fr. Agnel Ashram in Bandstand, Bandra, the college is easily accessible. It is situated 11 km from the International Airport, 4 km from Bandra railway station, and is near the landmark Taj Lands' End. Seating capacity is 100. Library is open for 11 hours per day. Also a dedicated Internet centre is available for students with a total carpet area of 32 Sq. Mtrs.
