Dr. Samuel George Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGIT) is a private educational institution located in Markapur, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 1997, the college was founded by Dr. Samuel George, an educationalist and academician who previously taught in various American universities. His vision was to provide quality technical education in his native region.
