Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (DIEMS) is a private educational institution located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Founded in 2009-10, the institute is managed by the Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (MSPM), an educational trust dedicated to advancing quality education and social development.

The institute offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At the undergraduate level, DIEMS provides B.Tech programs in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
