The College of Food Technology, located in Mohopre, Maharashtra, is a private institution affiliated with Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli. Established under the aegis of Shri. Bhairavnath Nisarg Mandal, the college was founded by Hon'ble Dr. Vedprakash K. Patil and began offering its B.Tech in Food Technology program in the academic year 2013-14.

The college has a clear vision to produce competent technologists, scientists, researchers, and entrepreneurs in Food Technology through quality education. Its mission focuses on upgrading scientific knowledge in food science, food processing, and safety through quality research. The institution aims to develop students' skills in food technology techniques, foster an active learning attitude, and enhance team spirit and communication skills.

Students at the college have numerous potential career opportunities, including roles such as Food Scientist, Process Engineer, Food Researcher, Project Manager, Food Consultant, Production Manager, and Quality Assurance Specialist. The college provides various facilities to support student learning, including laboratories, classrooms, bus transportation, CCTV cameras, a sports ground, gymnasium, and RO water facility.
