The College of Engineering, Thalassery (COET) is a government engineering institution located in Thalassery, Kerala. Situated in a picturesque campus at Kundoormala, near Eranholi Hills, the college spans 30 acres of land with a unique geographical setting that offers views of both the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats.

Initially established under the aegis of CUSAT in 2000, the college was originally a university department. In 2004, its new building complex was officially inaugurated by Sri M.V Raghavan, who was the Honorable Minister of Co-operation and Ports at the time. Since 2015, the college has been affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), with its MBA course still maintaining affiliation with CUSAT.

The college offers a comprehensive academic environment with several notable features. Its central library provides information services and access to both digital and printed resources, supporting the scholarly needs of students, faculty, and staff. An active IEEE student chapter conducts various programs including workshops, seminars, and talks, enhancing students' technical exposure. The college also maintains an excellent career guidance and placement unit focused on developing students' multi-dimensional personalities and improving their industry readiness and employability.

Located approximately 6.5 km east of Thalassery on the Thalassery-Coorg highway, COET has established itself as a significant educational institution in the region, committed to providing quality technical education and supporting student development.
