The College of Engineering, Aranmula (AEC) is a government engineering institution located in Aranmula, Kerala. Established in 2014, the college is the 8th Engineering College under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE), an autonomous society promoted by the Co-operation Department of the Government of Kerala.

The college offers a range of academic programs, including B.Tech degrees in four key streams: Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Electronics & Communication. Additionally, the institution provides diploma courses in specialized areas such as Cloud Computing & Big Data, Cyber Forensic & Information Security, Electrical & Electronics, and Electronics & Communication.

Admission to the college is conducted through central counseling by the government of Kerala, with candidates selected based on the Common Entrance Examination. The seat allocation follows a structured approach: 50% are government seats, 35% are management quota, and 15% are reserved for NRIs. The college has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for its courses.

AEC also features an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC), which was formally inaugurated on March 3, 2016. This non-profit center aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students, providing a platform for developing technological and business skills. Under the leadership of Principal Dr. RINI JONES S.B, the college continues to provide quality technical education in the heart of Kerala.
