The College of Engineering and Management, Punnapra (CEMP) is a government educational institution located in Alappuzha, Kerala. Established in 2008 under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE), the college is an autonomous institution fully controlled and funded by the Government of Kerala.

CEMP offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering. The B.Tech programs include Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Information Technology, each with 60 seats. Additionally, the college provides M.Tech programs in Computer Science & Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with 18 seats in each course. Admissions to these programs are conducted through the state-level Common Entrance Exam administered by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination.

Located in the City of Knowledge campus in Punnapra North, the college is situated approximately 4 km from Alappuzha town. The campus offers extensive facilities to support student life, including a central library, canteen, boys' and girls' hostels, a central park, an SBI ATM, a post office, a career guidance and placement unit, an indoor badminton court, an auditorium, and a student vehicle parking shed. The institution is affiliated with A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The college follows a unique admission process where 50% of seats are free/merit seats, 35% are management seats, and 15% are reserved for NRI quota. All admissions are processed through the Central Allotment Process conducted by the Controller of Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala. The placement cell actively supports students by providing opportunities for campus interviews and arranging industry training.
