Chhatrapati Shahu College of Engineering, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, is a private institution established in 2013 under the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Sanstha (CSMSS). The college aims to develop competent technocrats by providing value and skill-based education that focuses on holistic student development, entrepreneurship, research, and innovation.

The institute offers a comprehensive range of engineering programs across eight departments, including B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Technology). For instance, it hosts a DGCA-authorized Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) dedicated to building expertise in drone technology. This initiative provides students with specialized training in drone operations, covering areas such as agricultural applications, industrial monitoring, disaster management, and emerging unmanned aerial system technologies. The RPTO offers comprehensive training including theory lectures, simulator sessions, practical flying experiences, and certification preparation in compliance with UAS Rules 2021.
