CUTM cafeteria prepares Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Tandoori Items. It consists of 70 seats and is open every day from 8:00AM-10:30 AM, 12:00PM-3:30PM and 6:45PM-10:30 PM. The menu of the restaurant consists of many categories of food items such as Soft Drinks, Snacks, Chowmin & Roll, Soup, Desserts, Appetizers, Lunch and Dinner, Thali, Rice, Dal, Veg. and Non-Veg. Curry, Paneer & Mushroom Curry, Egg and Fish Curry, Chinese etc.

Centurion University has 6 boys hostel and 3 girls hostel. Students staying at hostels are provided with considerable options of food, for there are many mess halls in the campus. Students can choose North Indian or South Indian menu.
