B.N.M. Institute of Technology (BNMIT) is an autonomous private technical co-educational engineering institution located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Established in 2001, the institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum and was founded by the Bhageerathi Bai Narayana Rao Maanay Charities trust.

The institute offers multiple engineering departments with diverse programs. Its Computer Science and Engineering department, started in 2001, currently has an intake of 180 students. The Electronics and Communication Engineering department, also established in 2001, has an intake of 120 students. Additionally, the institute offers programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, and other technical disciplines.

BNMIT has demonstrated significant achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship. Its Entrepreneurship Development Cell received a NewGen IEDC grant of Rs. 2.87 crores from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, for the period 2017-2022. The institute focuses on providing quality technical education with departments featuring well-qualified faculty members, many with advanced degrees and research experience. Several departments, such as the Information Science and Engineering department, have received accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
