Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering (BCE Patna) is a government engineering institute located in Dedaur, Bihar, established in 2016 by the Government of Bihar through the Department of Science and Technology. The college is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

BCE Patna offers undergraduate B.Tech programs across six academic departments, including Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Humanities Science, and Basic Science. The college provides a four-year degree program with admission based on JEE Main rankings and subsequent participation in the Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.

In February 2020, the college moved to its permanent campus, which is located approximately 3.5 km from Bakhtiyarpur Junction railway station. The new campus features comprehensive infrastructure including academic and administrative buildings, a library, public canteen, multiple hostels, sports grounds, and an open theatre that serves as a cultural and social activities center. The campus continues to expand, with new academic buildings, a girl's hostel, and an auditorium currently under construction.

The institute emphasizes developing leadership skills and understanding interdependence, encouraging students to actively contribute to both the college community and broader society. With a total of 60 seats available and a total fees structure of approximately 50,600 INR, BCE Patna provides an accessible pathway for students seeking quality engineering education in Bihar.
