Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Sciences (ANITS) is a private educational institution located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Established in the academic year 2001-02, the institute was founded by the Anil Neerukonda Educational Society (ANES), initiated by Dr. N.B.R. Prasad, an NRI philanthropist, in memory of his son Late Anil Neerukonda.

The institute is owned by Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) and has gained significant recognition in the academic landscape. ANITS is affiliated with Andhra University and has received several important accreditations, including NBA accreditation in 2013 and NAAC 'A+' accreditation. The institute was granted autonomous status in 2015 and received permanent affiliation from Andhra University in 2010.
