The college was founded by His Holiness Arulthiru Bangaru Adigalar, who is the founder president of the Adhiparasakthi Charitable, Medical, Educational and Cultural Trust (ACMEC Trust). The trust's activities, including the college, are directed and guided by the oracle of His Holiness. The college offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and management disciplines.
