The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) is a prominent engineering department located in the southern campus of Panjab University in Chandigarh, India. As a government institution recognized as a Tier-1 institute by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), UIET offers comprehensive engineering education across multiple academic levels.

The institute provides a robust academic program featuring four-year Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Master of Engineering (ME) courses in various engineering disciplines, along with full-time PhD programs.
